"Struggling with food cravings"

Before I started with WeightLoss and Hormone Health, I was struggling with food cravings but you would never tell by looking at me. I’m what they call “skinny fat”. My BMI did not say I was obese. I could fit in cute clothes and not feel terribly insecure. But my body fat percentage was much higher than it should have been.

I was terrible at tracking my calories, but after about a year of doing so I found myself having to eat less and less if I wanted to lose weight but the problem was I always felt hungry.

I tend to eat emotionally. When I’m sad, mad or even bored… I eat. I really wanted something to help curb my cravings other than the played out method of eating an apple every time I felt hunger.

In the first week of taking the semaglutide at a micro dose, I didn’t notice much difference. By week 3 I noticed an unusual satiety every time I would eat.

My favorite things to eat did not seem so delectable anymore. And I would eat a bite or two before feeling totally full or like I could stop eating. I never experienced this before. I still got hungry but would go on to not finish meals in their entirety.
